Registration for Livingston Soccer Club's Winter Indoor Soccer Program is now open. Please register on-line at www.lsclub.com (use the Register tab in the upper right corner of the site) Registration ends November 23rd.
Who Can Play? Boys and girls who are currently in Grades 1-9. Livingston residents only!
When Are The Games? I don't have the exact dates yet - but it's likley we'll play on one Sunday in December, and then seven Sundays in January and February. As many of you know, the schedule may change since we share the facility with the National Guard and their needs change. We may have to play a game or two on a Saturday. We don't know yet.
Exact times for age groups are not set until we see how many teams we will have - but for reference, the last year:
1/2nd grade boys started at 11:00 or 12:00;
3/5th grade girls started at 12:00;
3/5th grade boys started at 1:00 or 2:00;
6/9th grade coed started at 3:00 or 4:00; and
1/2nd grade girls started at 4:00.
Where Are The Games? All games will be played at the Soccer Palace, located at 1315 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange (approx 3 miles from Livingston Town Center) The Soccer Palace provides artifical turf fields. We play with an indoor ball, which is softer than a standard soccer ball.
What Does It Cost? $90 per child. Each child will receive a team shirt to keep.
Practices? Teams do not hold practices.
Coaches? Please sign up to coach. It can't be easier. No practices! Up to three coaches can sign up to coach together.
Player Requests? We will honor ONE mutual request for kids to play together at any age. Of course, if parents are coaching together - that counts as the mutual request. Enter your mutual teammate reuquest in the SPECIAL REQUEST box.
What Must Kids Wear? No cleats! Sneakers or special turf shoes are good. Shin guards are mandatory. Any type of pants/shorts are fine. No jewelry of any kind!
What Grades Play Together? It depends on how many kids register at each grade level. Last year we combined grades 1/2 boys, 1/2 girls, 3/5 boys, 3/5 girls, 6/9 coed. If we have enough girls for a separate 6/9th grade league we may do that.

Players invited were from as young as the current U15 2002 Boys - Black team all the way up to the U19 Livingston Lancers team. In celebration of the upcoming Father's Day holiday, dad's were invited to play as well.
Teams were split in half and played to a 7-6 victory in favor of the black team.
Congratulations to all participants on the Livingston Soccer Club's 2016-2017 Travel Program.
Soccer Circle 49 - Many volunteers are needed for 6/11
PLEASE JOIN US FOR SOCCER CIRCLE 49!
Date: Sunday, June 11, 2017
Time: 8:45 - 11:00 am
Where: Livingston HS Turf Field
Incredibly, this will be the 15th anniversary of Soccer Circle! This program began in honor of the B'nai Mitzvah of my children, Staci and Bobby, and it continues to thrive with the help of all of YOU, even though the founders have finished college and are now working!
Co- sponsored by Sports Domain Academy, the Friendship Circle, and the Livingston Soccer Club, Soccer Circle provides a much needed sports program for the children with special needs in our community.
To keep this program going, we need some adults and a lot of teenage volunteers to act as one-on-one, two-on-one or even three-on-one trainers and counselors for each of our special needs players.
· Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
· In your email, please give me your NAME, E-MAIL ADDRESS, SCHOOL, and AGE.
· If you do not receive a confirmation for your attendance from me within one (1) day, my company's strict screening process may have come into play, so please email me again at BOTH: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
· If you still don't hear from me, please call me at home: 973- 992-4634.
· If you HAVE NOT received an e-mail confirming that you will be volunteering, then you are NOT signed up yet and will NOT be assigned a player.
It is extremely important that you show up or give us significant notice if you are unable to attend. We spend a lot of time pairing the players with trainers who we think will work well together, so once you are signed up there will be a player waiting for you and counting on you to share your love of the game.
We will limit the number of volunteer trainers according to the number of players who sign up, so please RSVP early. Although it is wonderful to have more volunteers than necessary, we don't want our volunteer trainers to be bored because there are too many of you paired with one player.
